  • This is not like other gyms, your goals can be achieved here. Yes it's hard work but in a good way.....being pushed to find your capacity is what will make you realise you can! There's a variety of classes run by great coaches giving lots of support and helpful advice. There's a great friendly atmosphere and welcoming for all levels as well as very motivational. I'd say give it a go to find out for yourself!
